After a deep dive into customer, category and brand insights, we uncovered their hidden good and created a new brand proposition, ‘Help Build Better Credit’, this became their key differentiator and underpinned everything from their new brand copy tone to personalised DM packs.

We made Aqua a brand that offered tips, tools and support to help customers build a better credit score. A DM campaign, attention-grabbing social banners and behaviour-nudging YouTube ads all supported customers on their credit-building journey. Brand recall, consideration, and awareness increased, and Aqua is now known as the brand that’s here to help, whatever your credit score.
