We love OVO. They’re a brand who sells energy, but who care more about happy customers. They wanted to get rid of the pain and inconvenience of topping up pre-pay energy, so they developed their unique Smart Pay As You Go (PAYG) product. And SHARP got the word out.
For such a revolutionary product, it was all or nothing. As their brand response agency, we needed to transform consumer mind-sets about PAYG, breakdown barriers and show that there was another way to get good energy.
So we launched a 360° integrated campaign spearheaded by DRTV showing how OVO makes topping-up a breeze. And we made sure this message was at every customer touchpoint across TV, OOH, radio, press, and DM. The results? We doubled OVO’s response rate. Job done.
