Will Associates, specialists in estate planning, had an ambition to become the number one brand in their sector. Just one problem – their brand wasn’t very family friendly. And that was their biggest target audience.
Transforming the brand began with an internal staff Co-Create to help shape the new business proposition of ‘A family that does the right thing for families’ – a brand that is down to earth, and good for hardworking people.
We gave them a new name – Honey – a staple of any family, to reflect the new proposition and a look, feel, strapline and tone of voice that was all about keeping things pure and simple (just like honey). Like doing away with all the scary legal jargon, making it warmer and more accessible. Just like a family-orientated brand should be.
