BWH Hotels enjoys a huge success following The SHARP Agency’s spring tactical campaign!
Created by The SHARP Agency, the spring campaign for BWH Hotels GB has delivered standout results! This was our second tactical push of the year, following the huge success of January’s ‘2 nights for the price of 1’ offer, which achieved £1m of sales in four days. This new campaign saw revenue climb by 14.7% compared to the same period in 2024, reaching £718k overall. A remarkable 74% of that came from first-time visitors to the website – proof that the campaign cut through the noise of a crowded market.
Focussing on the attractive promotion ‘30% off spring stays’, a campaign was crafted to generate immediate interest and encourage customers to reserve a short getaway. The SHARP Agency’s deep understanding of consumer behaviour was instrumental in targeting those seeking a post-winter pick-me-up, and our strategy was fundamental in sourcing the human insight around springing into a saving you deserve.
A digital-led approach was used, deploying website banners, animated GIF-led emails and multiple video formats for use on social and YouTube. Our message ‘Save 30% on your next spring hotel escape’ resonated with the target audience, as it offered off-peak travel opportunities before the summer rush. Beyond attracting attention, it drove real action, with conversion rates jumping by 60% during the promotional period.
