This Role:
Account Executive
We’re looking for a super curious, highly organised and keen Account Executive. You will be the organisational backbone of our client teams, supporting Account Managers and Directors to deliver brilliant work. You’ll act as a vital link between our clients and the agency, helping to coordinate projects from brief to delivery. While not essential, some experience or exposure to a mix of B2B and B2C marketing is a plus and 1-2 years in an agency.
Your role will include:
Project Coordination: Supporting the day-to-day coordination of brand and campaign projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on brief and efficiently.
Client Services Support: Attending client meetings, taking detailed minutes/contact reports and helping to manage day-to-day client communications and status updates.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with Account Managers, Directors, and the Creative team to help execute multichannel campaigns.
Admin: Assisting in drafting creative briefs, setting up project timelines, and keeping internal status sheets meticulously updated.
Logistics: Arranging, prepping and attending client meetings and CoCreate sessions (including managing agendas, materials, and logistics).
Creative Support: Helping to prepare presentation decks for creative concepts and capturing client feedback accurately.
Financial and Tracking: Assisting with financial admin, including drafting cost estimates and setting up and managing timing plans.
Market Insight: Undertaking desk research (e.g., competitor reviews and industry trends) to support client strategies.
Supplier Liaison: Communicating with external suppliers to source quotes and track deliverables.
Your knowledge and skills:
- Experience: 1–2 years of agency experience (or a brilliant track record in internships) across on and offline channels.
- Brilliant Communication: A confident communicator who is enthusiastic, pro-active, keen to learn and ready to develop in a thriving consultancy environment.
- Impeccable Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with a passion for quality control.
- Time Management: Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to manage your own workload across multiple fast-moving accounts.
- Process Driven: Capable in tracking jobs through the system from concept to final artwork, ensuring the creative team has the details they need.
- Numeracy Skills: Comfortable with numbers and eager to learn financial processes (estimates, budgets, invoicing).
- Team Player: Happy to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team, but independent enough to take ownership of your daily tasks.
- Creative Passion: A passionate thinker who truly “gets” what we’re about: ideas, relationships, and Co-Create.
- Travel: Happy to travel for work; a full driving licence is preferred as travel for client meetings may be necessary.
