Lomond, the market-leading property group, had big ambitions. They were busily growing their investor base and acquiring regional sales and lettings agencies across the UK. But its parent brand and seven regional brands didn’t have distinctive brand messages or employee buy-in. That’s where we came in.
Through co-creation sessions with the national and regional teams, we developed seven cut-through powerlines, a new tagline for Lomond ‘Property Wisdom at Work’, and a clever new logo that flexed across their portfolio. The powerlines were used everywhere – from websites to lettings signs, Brighton to Inverness. Full copy toolkits were developed to help each brand communicate effectively without cannibalising another. And an employee value proposition created harmony amongst their staff.
The rebrand culminated in a national roadshow featuring an inspirational and educational video – connecting everyone to the new brand.
