ONE OF THE BEST BITS – 2022

It’s good to end the year on a highpoint, as one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work 2022 in seventh place. That’s 7 out of 100. And there’s fewer than 25 of us.

Naturally, we’re super proud of the accolade, as it’s come from the people who work here in response to Campaign’s annual survey.

Cherry-picking the top 100 is a joint effort by Campaign and Workforce Research Group. It’s open to all publicly or privately held organisations within the ad agency, media, and marketing sector every year.

It involves a very thorough two-part process, anonymously surveying both employer and employees to determine the most outstanding advertising and media workplaces in the country.

We already knew SHARP is the best place to work

We’re a small and powerful agency, which puts us in the ‘Boutique’ category. There’s 21 of us full time, swelled by our ranks of talented freelancers, digital experts, TV producers, animators, etc.

While many agencies have joined forces and merged to expand their portfolios, we’re fiercely independent and proudly stay true to our roots. This helps us find and free the good, without compromise. We’re continuing to enjoy the flexibility of hybrid and remote working, meaning we can connect with exceptional clients and talent anywhere and compete on a global basis.

Commitment to the team’s health and happiness remains at the heart of SHARP, which always set out to be kind of agency Mandi Taylor, Richard Sharp and Darlene Sharp wanted to work at. They’ve nailed it.

But we already knew that. Let’s see what 2023 brings…
